Churros Machine Manuel is used to shape churros dough. Thanks to the rack gear, which helps you to make minimum effort during the process above, the return of pressure is also prevented. Therefore, the device works manually without electricity. Manual Churros Machine allows you to work comfortably with the innovative cutting system connected to the machine. The scissors-like cutting system on the right works with a spring mechanism that is activated when you make fist move with your hand. Then it transmits this movement to the movable cutting blade located at the bottom of the machine. In this part, the knife part at the tip makes two churros cuts at once with forward and backward maneuvers. This process also allows you to cut the desired length. Manual Churros Machine can be washed easily by removing the dough cauldron.
DEEP FRYER
Frying unit is designed to fry churros, lokma and other fried desserts and aimed to consume minimum energy while frying. It consists of control panel and frying unit.
The digital control panel consumes 220V-6KW-32A hours per hour. The digital thermostat is equipped for showing and adjusting the frying temperature, timing frying and fermentation process and keeping all these features stable.
The digital control panel has several features such as temperature cut-out for safety, switch protection against oilless operation, electrical system with thermal protection cable, start and restart system.These safety features prevent the frying unit from being operated after it has been switched off until it is activated again by the user.
The digital control panel is removable for optimum frying and easily accessible for cleaning.
The Frying Unit 304 is made of stainless steel and has a CE certificate.
There is a valve to atmak oil from the tank. Unit is shipped as ready to install and modular production helps to relocate the unit easily.
The device must be connected to electricity by an authorized electrician and must not be plugged into a different plug than the connected point. The device should never be operated when there is no oil in it. Be informed that the resistances will be damaged if unit is operated without oil while the digital control panel is connected to the frying unit. The oil level is indicated on the strainer. The waste oil will be discharged from the drain valve at the bottom to the waste tank. This must occur when the oil is completely cold.
RESTING UNIT

In the resting unit, the heat is evenly distributed to the product tray with the help of the heating bulb, thus ensuring that the products maintain their qualities and stay warm. When you press the start button, bulbs light up and the warming process begins.
Thanks to the strainers in the tub, when the fried desserts are taken to the resting unit, their excess oil is also filtered. Cleaning the resting unit is quite simple. The tubs on the unit can be easily removed and washed in the dishwasher. It consists entirely of stainless steel and consumes 220V hours per hour.
