Method of Payment: 50% of the offer amount together with the order will be sent to the bank information given below as a deposit to the account number belonging to the type of currency specified in the offer, and the process for the order will be initiated. The remaining part of the offer amount shall be sent to the same account before transportation. In case the buyer wishes so, s/he can send the full amount of the offer before the order. The buyer shall send the receipts of payment to us after making the payment. During the payment, the buyer should make sure that the account sending the payment has the same name as the account to be invoiced. In case the buyer is to use a different name during the payment, it is important to indicate the name of the Buyer company or person to be invoiced in the explanation section.

Delivery Time: Depending on the availability of stock, partial immediate transportation shall be realized. In the event that the products are not available in stock, they will be ready for shipment within 7-10 working days after the deposit is received into the bank account. This period does not include loss of time due to the customer's revision requests and special requests, delays due to public holidays, non-operation of cargo and transport companies, and disruptions due to force majeure reasons.

Transport: Taxes and costs to occur at the customs where the product is sent, depending on transportation payments and international customs duties, belong to the Buyer. The responsibility for the preparation of the offer products for transportation belongs to the seller until they are loaded on the transportation vehicle at the factory gate. The seller is not responsible for accidents that may occur due to delays originating from international transportation conditions. The buyer shall be responsible for all kinds of vehicles and labor for the delivery of the offer products to the place where they will be sent, unloading them from the vehicle, and installing them at the place of use.

Warranty: Along with all its products, The Kitchen Project sends all spare parts that will be lost during installation or use or that will wear out over time, together with the order product. There is no charge for these parts.

The Kitchen Project, at its sole discretion, may again provide the warranty claimant with replacement products or parts to make repairs before making a final determination as to whether the repair or replacement is covered by this Warranty. If The Kitchen Project ultimately determines that the repair or replacement is not covered by this Warranty, whether the determination is based on a void of this Warranty, whether the product failure is due to a cause not covered by this Warranty, failure to timely and properly make an appropriate warranty claim, or otherwise, the warranty claimant party will be required to purchase the replacement product or parts provided by The Kitchen Project at the then current list price.

Developments that will occur outside the scope of The Kitchen Project warranty:

1- normal wear and tear

2-wrong installation

3-Damage during shipping or after delivery

4-Inadequate or improper storage, operation, maintenance or monitoring

5-wrong use

6-user error or negligence

7-abrasive wear or corrosion

8-Using for a purpose or application other than the specific purpose or application specified by The Kitchen Project

9-Power surge or power outage

10-Excessive or insufficient pressure or voltage.
