Bain-marie pots are used for heating, melting and keeping the chocolate melted by placing pots in boiling water. This product is very important for the customers to see what they want in the display. It consists entirely of stainless steel and consumes 220V hours per hour. Before operating, water is put into the water tank at a level which will pass the resistances but not touch the pots. During this process, it should be ensured that the release valve is closed. Water should be checked regularly and replaced if it is polluted or depleted. Water should be heated up before pouring the chocolate chips into the pots. In this way, chocolate stays melted throughout the day.
