Manual Cutting System
The Automatic Churro Machine allows you to work manually with the innovative cutting system connected to the machine. Better results are obtained with manual cutting if you make hole churros, 3 or 6 churros. The scissor cutting system on the right side is activated when you open and close your hand. The scissor system works with a mechanism that transmits this movement to the cutting knife located at the bottom of the machine. To make two cuts at once, hold the cutting arm for the first cut, cut the first churro while continuing to hold the cutting arm. When the next churro reaches the desired length, release the cutting arm. Repeat the process until you reach the desired number of churros.
