It is made entirely of stainless steel and aluminum, so its service life is long.The Manual Croustillons Lokma Machine is attached to an adjustable and rotatable support leg. It is very easy to assemble. The support leg is mounted to the left or right corner of the frying unit with fixing bolts. The machine is then placed in the slot in the support leg and the installation is complete. The manual lokma machine operates manually without the need for electricity.
After the fermented dough is poured into the dough hopper, the handle on the left is turned counterclockwise to cut the dough. A total of 4 kg of yeast dough can be put in the 13-liter hopper. 3 molds in total come with the machine (one on the machine, two in the package) Molds can be changed by rotating inside the hopper pipe.
Thanks to its equal cutting feature, the shaping mold can produce 2, 4 or 5 pieces of dough at a time, depending on the mold. Using the 5 pieces mold, one can make an average of 250 pieces of lokma per minute.
The adjustment screw on the right side of the machine is used to adjust the bite sizes. Dough sizes can be adjusted by turning the adjustment screw to the large, medium or small positions. Making these adjustments offers you the advantage of using your dough correctly and profitability.
Yeast doughs rise continuously and therefore fill with air. If the dough is not as desired, the dough is stirred with a spatula to remove the air.
For cleaning; unscrew the 2 nuts holding the dough hopper, pull it down and remove it. In cases where the dough hopper cannot be removed, the support leg must be lifted up and first the machine and then the dough hopper must be removed. The hopper can be easily washed either in the dishwasher or by hand.
DEEP FRYER

The frying unit is made of 304 stainless steel and has a CE certificate.The Fryer Box can operate using 220 v or 380 v electricity according to your preference. The desired frying temperature can be set on screen and the current frying degree can be seen thanks to the digital thermostat. The device also has frying and fermentation timer. You can follow your commands with audible warnings.
The Fryer Box has features such as temperature cut-off safety when it reaches the desired temperature, switch protection against operation without being connected to the unit, electrical system with thermal protection cables. Once the device is turned off and on again, these safety systems prevent the frying unit from operating without being reactivated by the user.
There are oil level indicators in the fryer tank to protect the resistances and provide ease of use. The cabinet under the unit can also be used as a dough fermentation cabinet thanks to heat and darkness.
Modular production can be made for your different designs. All our products are delivered ready for installation. During installation, the Fryer Box can be mounted on the right or left corner of the frying unit.
When cleaning the tank of the frying unit, the Fryer Box must be removed. For easier cleaning, there is an oil drain valve in the frying unit.
CHURROS WARMER

The churros warmer is used to serve churros and lokma hot, and to make the products look nice and crispy. It will enable the products stay ready to consume throughout the day.
In the churros warmer, the heat is evenly distributed to the product tray with the help of the heating bulb, thus ensuring that the products maintain their qualities and stay warm. When you press the start button, bulbs light up and the warming process begins.
Thanks to the strainers in the tub, when the fried desserts are taken to the churros warmer, their excess oil is also filtered. Cleaning the resting unit is quite simple. The tubs on the unit can be easily removed and washed in the dishwasher. It consists entirely of stainless steel and consumes 220V hours per hour.
FILLING MACHINE
Filling machines are designed to fill churros, donuts and other products with creams. Each tank has a product capacity of 2 liters and works manually without electricity. Installation is completed by being easily fixed to any workbench with bolts. The lids of the filling machines are opened, the prepared filling creams are poured into the tanks and the machine becomes ready to use. All parts are easily accessible which makes the cleaning process easier by separating parts without tools. Tanks and the body can easily be washed after emptying the tanks. The machine also has an anti-drip system.
CHOCOLATE BAIN-MARIE DOUBLE BOILER
Bain-marie double boiler pots are used for heating, melting and keeping the chocolate melted by placing pots in boiling water. This product is very important for the customers to see what they want in the display. It consists entirely of stainless steel and consumes 220V hours per hour. Before operating, water is put into the water tank at a level which will pass the resistances but not touch the pots. During this process, it should be ensured that the release valve is closed. Water should be checked regularly and replaced if it is polluted or depleted.
Water should be heated up before pouring the chocolate chips into the pots. In this way, chocolate stays melted throughout the day.
TOPPING BAR
The Kitchen Project Counter is used to display toppings and it does not require electricity. All toppings are placed in order on the counter. If any, spare toppings can be stored in the lower cabinet. It consists entirely of stainless steel and it is easy to clean. This product is very important for the customers to see what they want in the display.
TRASH UNIT
The Kitchen Project trash unit is used when changing dough. This device saves you from the trouble of removing the machine every time you change dough. It also allows you to deliver desserts that you have fried but do not like their shape or browning level, in the shortest possible way without creating visual pollution. Does not require electricity. All ingredients are placed on the counter one by one. Spare materials, if any, can be stored in the lower cabinet. It consists entirely of stainless steel and is easy to clean.
